This recipe keeps with the KISS (keep it so simple) philosophy.  Here’s a cake with 6 ingredients.  Cook the oranges ahead of time if desired.
2 oranges
1 ½  c raw almonds
6 eggs
½ c raw honey
¼ t baking soda

Simple pleasures in life should be simple.  I’m often asked for sweet treat ideas around special occasions.  Here’s a simple cookie recipe, with just three ingredients.  Nutrition-wise, this certainly beats any power bar on the market.
